Introducing Miss Chloe Tyler Crain

The wait is finally over! Chloe arrived about one week ago, on Saturday August 29, 2009. I was induced that morning and she was born at 12:57pm after a little less than 5 hours of labor. She weighed 7lb 8oz and was 20in long (in comparison Piper was 8lb 3oz and 19.5in long). I am thrilled to have her home, and that I am no longer pregnant. She has been such a good baby so far, she hardly fusses unless you set her down or don't feed her fast enough! :) She has been a fairly good sleeper as well, but she is only a week old, so we will have to see if that lasts. Piper is loving being a big sister, she loves Chloe very much and gives her hugs and kisses all the time. She has been craving a little more attention than normal, but it was to be expected, and she is really handling the whole situation much better than I would have thought. I am recovering very well, and very quickly, especially since I didn't require any stitches from the delivery (thank God). Jason was able to take off this whole first week, so we have really been enjoying spending this time as a family. Thanks to all of you who were thinking of us. I am happy to report that everyone is happy and healthy and home!
