Free at last

Free at last, Lord Almighty I am free at last. I am now OFFICIALLY a stay at home MOM! Friday was my last day at work, and I couldn't be more excited! I can't believe that this is actually happening, I never thought we would be able to afford for me to stay home, but then again I never truly realized quite how EXPENSIVE daycare is now. Last year we had a wonderful nanny, Caitie, and I was sad to lose her, but I couldn't be happier about the reason. Now I am going to have so much time to spend with Piper and take care of the house, and hopefully learn how to cook! :) Although from what I have heard I might be heading into the most busy time of my life. How is it that a woman can stay at home with her child and still have no time to get anything done? We will see if I fall into that category. To be honest I almost hope it does because I am afraid of the alternative, becoming bored. I have a lot of high expectations for what this is going to be like, and I just hope that reality comes somewhat close! So wish me luck, and hopefully with my new found time I can try to update my blog a little more often. (No promises!)
